good standard hotel located just next door to the town centre, keele university, and shops. good and unbeatable position in town center.

Actually, the room was good sized and lovely looking with character, it also had wake-up service. I had multi-channel television, a coffeemaker, and a dining area.

The building is spotlessly clean and the rooms are good-sized with bathrooms from the 70s as well as ironing facilities. The location is particularly good and unbeatable, pubs and restaurants were near the hotel.  

The hotel was in an unbeatable and excellant location so close to the town centre, the regent theatre and a park. Plus, we stayed approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Trent Art.

I was given tidy and outstanding room just how expected it to be with great breakfast, fresh bedding and bathrooms from the 70s.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was quite slow.

A great selection of food for breakfast, which was outstanding to satisfy everyone. The location was comfortable and handy for Stoke-on-Trent, next to the centre of town, restaurants and shops and restaurants.  

The room itself was decent size and functional with bathrooms from the 70s and had the things we needed.

Exceptionally clean place and marvellous location, thoroughly enjoyed superbly friendly staff. We stayed at the good sized and lovely looking room with the bathroom and iron.

Location: great, just next door to pubs and restaurants and the centre of town and the park. Again, 15 minutes walk from Brampton Park. Nice building and rooms with bathrooms from the 70s.

Unpleasant area.

Great value for money and a nice size room overall, with character.

Beds were too small.

There were lovely looking and reasonably large rooms with ironing facilities. I didn't want to leave and would love to stay here again.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were a little disorganised.

The staff are outstandingly accommodating and the room is great-sized and lovely looking with bathrooms from the 70s. The property's location is good and perfect, short walk to the New Vic theatre, pubs and restaurants and 

Extremely helpful and very friendly staff, gave a lot of tourist information. I had good value for money and decent size room to myself with bathrooms, iron, fresh bedding. The food was OUTSTANDING and the bar was cozy.
